Is CONSTRALLY a registered and legitimate company?

Yes — fully registered with the CAC (Corporate Affairs Commission) of Nigeria under RC 9284769, and trademarked. You can verify us at search.cac.gov.ng. We operate in full compliance with Lagos State real estate regulations.
What title documents do your properties come with?

All CONSTRALLY properties come with verified titles — either a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), Governor's Consent, or a Registered Deed of Assignment, always accompanied by a Survey Plan. We do not deal in undocumented property.
Do you offer flexible payment plans?

Yes. Our standard structure is 30% deposit on signing to secure the property, with the 70% balance paid within an agreed 3–12 month timeline. Custom plans are available for high-value purchases. All terms are documented in your signed agreement.
Can I buy property from outside Nigeria?

Absolutely. We serve diaspora clients across the UK, USA, Canada, and Europe. We offer virtual property tours, proxy representation at signings, international bank transfers, and remote documentation. Contact us and we'll design a process that works for your location.
How do I know a CONSTRALLY agent is genuine?

All genuine agents carry official CONSTRALLY ID and operate under a signed agreement with the company. Never pay money into any agent's personal account — all payments go directly to CONSTRALLY's official company bank account. When in doubt, contact us directly before making any payment.
What happens after I pay my deposit?

Once your deposit is confirmed, your Property Sale Agreement is signed, the property is taken off the market in your name, and you receive your official receipt. Upon full payment, title transfer and handover are processed within 30 working days. Everything is documented — nothing is done on verbal agreement alone.
